Autocom / Delphi - What is the difference?

I have downloaded and installed the nice package of 2017.01 v3.
The package contains Autocom 2017 and Delphi 2017 and I am interessted to know the difference.

Is it only a difference of design red/blue or are there other things I have to consider?
Can both work in parallel or will I need to decide for one of these programs?
