I Ran across these parameters for VGT OFF:
For what I have read, you should never think that a fixed or west gate turbo will out perform a VGT Turbo, but in case of an emergency or that you need to move truck from point A to point B, do you guys think this would be a good approach. I am thinking also Blocking Fault Code 2636, try to fixate turbo at a angle were you won't get over turbo boost (Perhaps 40% Opening) and take truck to the nearest shop.
I am no expert I am just trying to see if you guys think this might be a good provisional solution
