Extract to

C:\DPS Archive Creator V2.

Install node-v12.19.0-x64.msi or node-v24.14.1-x64.msi

Create a shortcut to your desktop

Right-click properties and select administrator, and you may need to set compatibility to Windows 7

Run the program, close the registration window, and use it. Done
