What we always rework:

We always change the China 701 to original EPCOS CAN Filter

We always change the cheap China Capacitors (lifespan 500-1000h) to HQ PANASONIC, SUNCON or United Chemi-Con Low ESR Electrolytic Capacitors (lifespan 2000h+)

Cause of chip crisis in China the components of PCBs are changing from batch to batch. We replace them if needed to HQ components.

We never trust the printing on any components from China, we always check the quality!

For full compatibility with trucks we are adding a secret component to our boards.

You dont believe it? If you have problems with your Autocom to read trucks then try ours

What we rework if needed:

Original is TJA1050T but TJA1057T & ATA6561 is upgrade of TJA1050T (next generation). Depends on our stock we use TJA1050T, TJA1057T or ATA6561.

We always measure resistance. If resistance is below 140 Ohms we replace the relay.

Relays should have 4.5V ~ 150 Ohms & 5V ~ 190 Ohms.. Never trust the printing on China Relays always measure!!!

If we see China variants of this we change it to original SN74F08D

9.

Some PCB come with GEX suppressor. Then we change it to GEZ SMCJ24V0©A

11.

Normaly China PCB is comming with original. But if not we change it to SI9241AEY

a question when I bought the interface the 3201 firmware was not yet present
but only the 3200 can I also use the 3201 firmware?
