in the attachment is what you need for repair COO7, dumps: MPC and two eeprom. All files come from unlocked device.
K-Tag programmer (v. 6.070) for MPC5554 (plugin 246) and any for AT25256 ( ".bin" file also for MPC).

Changing balls under MPC is a different procedure,
you need station for removing and assembly of BGA, stencil, balls, good flux and also manual skills, and you have to remove the varnish!
