Help with WIS ASRA

Hi all,
I am having issues installing WIS ASRA.

EWA install is successful and StartKey is valid too but when I try to install the WIS database I get an error message saying:
Checking of the locally installed EWA version contained on the medium has failed. Please make sure the original medium is inserted.
Installation of the WIS database has failed.

I tried these two packages but I am getting the same error:
Mercedes Benz WIS-ASRA 2022.11
Mercedes Benz WIS ASRA 2020.10 Full

Running on Windows 10 hyper-v.

Any help appreciated.
