Daf Euro6 VGT(Variable Geometry Turbocharger) - ryzen - 01-03-2022
Good forum everyone,
I have a Daf Euro6 VGT module. When I power the module from the power supply, the voltage and current values are constantly changing. I tested the components in the circuit. I think I found a defective part. 50p06-15 P Channel 60V 50A mosfet. Indicates a value of 500 between Drain-source. When I trigger the mosfet, the drain source is shorted. Is this normal? I look forward to the help of knowledgeable people. I have attached the datasheet below.
